Falon began her journey into the world of beauty in 2004 at the Aveda Institute Charlotte. Upon graduation, she went on to work at one of the top Aveda salons in the area, where she trained beside some of the best Stylists around. During her time there, she was a member of their Artistic Team and was responsible for mentoring up and coming stylists. She spent multiple years attending and teaching advanced classes, as well as participating and leading hair shows. In 2011, she branched out on her own and opened Falon Patton Studio. Falon stands by the belief that being a Hairstylist is one of the most rewarding careers that one could have, and she is very thankful to have such amazing clients that continue to give her's purpose.
