Pre-booking-  Because our stylists are in such high demand,  we kindly ask that you pre-book your next appointment before you leave the salon.  This will ensure that you are guaranteed the proper day and time for your next service that will suit your schedule and needs.                                                                                                                                                                              

Cancellation Policy-  A minimum 48 hour notice is highly preferred in the case of a cancellation.  We understand that situations may arise that could cause the need for a cancellation,  and we will work with you as diligently as possible to accommodate the rescheduling process.  We do,  however,  maintain a wait list for when cancellations do occur,  and ask that you be considerate of others who are on that list. For repeated last minute cancellations and/or no shows, pre-payment will be required to book an appt. Thank you for your understanding.
